Heating system
The heating system is implemented with the use of the latest materials and components, connected to its own roof-top boiler. The boiler house is built on gas boilers Wiessmann with a total capacity of ~ 700 kW and can provide the supply of heat and hot water to all customers of the business center in all climatic conditions. Maintenance of the temperature mode and operation of the boiler room is computerized.
electricity supply
Electric power supply is carried out from own KTP with the capacity of 2х630 kW, external power supply is provided with two high-voltage inputs for greater reliability. The internal distribution of the building of the business center is performed at the proper level and provides individual protection and accounting for each consumer.
Fire Security
All premises of the business center are equipped with fire detectors in accordance with the requirements, a centralized fire alarm panel is located at the guard post and is equipped with a notification system. In parallel, the fire alarm system is connected to the fire department of the Ministry of Emergencies in Lviv.

Water supply
Водопостачання бізнес центру - цілодобове, здійснюється від власної насосної станції, котра має запас води на випадок відключення централізованого водопостачання.

Internet Communicators
В приміщенні бізнес центру «Український капітал» розміщені комунікації та оптичні площадки кількох операторів зв’язку, а саме : КОПІЙКА, Київстар, Укртелеком, Eksi.net, МТС, наявні комунікації Уарнет. Сама будівля охоплена власною телефонною та комп’ютерною мережами значної потужності, що дозволяє здійснити підключення будь-якого пакету телекомунікаційних послуг, обраного орендарем у перерахованих вище операторів.
